White foods (Garlic, onion, cauliflower, coconut, etc) – Great to strengthen the immune system

Green foods (Green pepper, Green apple, Celery, Green leafy veggies, etc) – Helps you to detox naturally

Red foods (Tomato, strawberry, red pepper, red apples, etc) –  Help to improve heart and blood health
