Enjoy a quick oven baked fries recipe.
Who doesn’t love fries? As a kid fries were like a candy, and I know my kids love them as much as I do. We do however know how bad it is to deep fry our foods so here is a healthy and yummy way to enjoy delicious fries with your family without the guilt of frying them… Kids love the colorful variety so play with colours as much as you like!
3 Yellow potatoes
2 Sweet potatoes
2 White potatoes
2 small Beets
(Any root vegetable will do)
1/2 tsp Hymalayan sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the veggies into sticks and put them in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle spices and olive oil on top of veggies and mix well with your hands.
spread into two baking sheets and bake for 40 mins. Its OK for beets to be a little crunchy, they are healthier this way.
